Salesforce Ventures Invests in Tulip as Part of New Canada Trailblazer Fund

Today is a very important and exciting day for Tulip. Over the past months, I’ve been spending time with the Salesforce retail leadership team and the more we’ve talked, the more we realized how aligned our long-term vision is for the future of retail. Along with the investment announcement, Tulip is also announcing, for the first time, our standardized Salesforce Commerce Cloud connector and presence on the Commerce Cloud Partner Marketplace.

We have standardized connectors and cartridges that integrate with Salesforce and enable a retail store associate to access product and customer data for assisted selling, clienteling, endless aisle, and communication. The Tulip platform can integrate with the Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud platforms to deliver a complete omnichannel solution for retailers. It synchronizes data between Salesforce systems and our own database to make the data accessible to end users through our mobile apps. This joint pre-integrated solution is ideal for retailers already using Salesforce.
